Our Market Value Calculation (MVC) is the least expensive way to get a rough or 'ballpark' estimate of what your business is worth. It uses data from actual sales of businesses similar to yours and industry rules of thumb formulas to calculate a range of values.

Our Business Value Calculation (BVC) is for those wanting more than a rough estimate of value. It uses data from actual sales of businesses similar to yours and industry rules of thumb formulas, like the Market Value Calculation described above, plus 3 additional widely used valuation methods to calculate a range of values.

Our Business Valuation Scorecard provides a breakdown of our business valuation experience by size and type of business, and valuation purpose.
Although we have performed valuations on companies with annual sales as high as $20 million, our specialty is valuing owner-operated businesses with annual sales under $5 million. To make our services more affordable and more closely matched to your needs, we offer several levels of business valuation services.

Our Business Valuation engagements follow generally accepted business valuation standards and procedures. Our findings and conclusions are presented in a detailed, written report. Other Valuation Services
Litigation Support - We will provide litigation support in business valuation matters functioning as either an expert witness or consultant.
Buy-Sell Agreements - We will provide assistance in drafting or reviewing the valuation provisions of buy-sell agreements.

Our fees for specific tasks are on a flat-fee basis where possible. Fees for open-ended or ongoing services are based on hourly rates. Retainers are required.
